Our Establishment

The BUCC, established in 1st May 2019, emerged from refugees actively participating in Toastmasters. Supported by Asylum Access Thailand, Jesuit Refugee Services, and a dedicated volunteer English teacher from America, the club swiftly organized impactful activities such as English language classes, dance, music workshops, sports events, and a captivating talent show program. BUCC operates as a non-profit organization driven by the commitment and voluntary efforts of refugees and asylum seekers.

Our Vision

At BUCC our vision is to create a world where refugees and asylum seekers not only find safety and shelter but also thrive and contribute positively to their new communities. We envision a future where refugees are empowered with the resources, skills, and opportunities needed to rebuild their lives with dignity, resilience, and hope. Empowering Change and Community Engagement

We empower refugees and asylum seekers through education, skills, and support, helping them regain control of their lives. Our initiatives encompass education, entrepreneurship support, mental health services, and advocacy, enabling refugees to thrive in their new homes.

Fostering inclusive communities is vital. We encourage cultural exchange, language integration, community projects, and volunteer opportunities, bridging gaps and fostering a sense of belonging for refugees and host communities. Together, we're forging a brighter future, empowering refugees, and strengthening communities through collaboration and understanding.
